Position Your Thesis Nav

17 May 2010 by kristarella

I’ve been asked this several times, so I figured it’s high time to write a tutorial on it: how to position your Thesis navigation next to your site title. Essentially this tutorial is about the CSS position property more than anything else.

Mod TimThumb for WPMU and Thesis

5 May 2010 by kristarella

WPMU media locations WPMU implements a URL rewrite for uploaded media so that the location of an uploaded file is given as http://www.example.com/files/2009/01/image.jpg, but the actual URL of the file is http://www.example.com/wp-content/blogs.dir/BLOG_ID/files/2009/01/image.jpg (where BLOG_ID is the ID of the blog in question). 1 May 2010 by kristarella

kristarella.com is getting a new look! I imagine some of you will be sad to see the old one go, judging from the compliments it’s received in the past year and a half (which I genuinely appreciate), but there are good reasons!

Skins by Kristarella!

9 November 2009 by kristarella

All of those lead you in the same general direction: a single custom header for your blog. I recently got asked for step-by-step instructions on how to specify different headers on specific pages. So, I’m […]

I did a bunch of judging and officiating, which was really good.
I didn’t place in my individual events, but had a very fun final round of kumite (sparring).
