Imported my mail

11 September 2006 by kristarella

I was searching the MozillaZine support forums for a way to import files into Thunderbird straight from their folders rather than from a program since I no longer have the files in the program. I used MozBackup to back them up but the software doesn’t run on Linux 🙁 After no luck at the forum I Googled for it and found a solution! Ironically enough, what Google found as the first result in the same forum I was searching, Mozilla’s own search didn’t find on its first page!

Anyway, it turns out that there is a plugin that you can download to get the files in and voila, all my old email messages!
