Is BE dumb?

24 February 2006 by kristarella

Is it just that BE has a small pool of customers? It doesn’t seem that way most of the time. I keep running into the same people in the surf blogs thing. I guess it’s cos they assign alot of credits to their blog? I don’t really understand how it works yet. I even get people that I’ve already bogmarked! I guess it’s good though cos it’s not like I always go back to blogmarked ones – I did one time, I opened all the ones I wanted at the time up and then got to their originating sites and bookmarked them. Who wants to get to blogs through BE when you could just go straight to them?

I agree that BE is lame most of the time. I’ve found a few good ones that I read now, but for the most part, I don’t like what I see there.

I think the key to finding new blogs and having people find yours is by leaving comments on other people’s blogs…most of the people that read me have found me that way and vise versa…

Yeh, I kept getting all these political ones – I know I can surf by description but that’s annoying too cos you have to click everywhere “continue surfing?”-click “more descriptions”-click

That’s how I found you – Owl commented here (dunno how he found me, maybe he was googling for christmas in blogs or something) then you commented so much on his I had to go see you.
