Shopping for clothes is tiring! What is it about shopping centres that just suck the life out of you? It could be all that walking, it seems like it’s not very far to walk but when you’re walking for about three hours it’s got to be a few kilometers surely. It could also be all […]

I had so much fun with Inkscape yesterday and Foo liked my creations, which was encouraging. I decided to make another one, and I’m sure that as the inspiration comes I’ll make many more so I’ve created a new Graphics category for my posts. This one is based on the old school and well loved […]

After cruising through Pixelgirl Presents I was quite inspired to try a bit of imagery myself. I started trying to do something in The Gimp but it didn’t really have a good way of drawing shapes other than freehand. So I went to my trusty Adept package manager and searched for “vector” and got a […]

Had a great Saturday at the GKR Karate State Title Had a great Saturday at the GKR Karate State Titles! I was a sub for @jamesxuereb.me in the Blue Flame Dragons thanks to his sprained ankle; we won first round and came fourth overall!
I did a bunch of judging and officiating, which was really good.
I didn’t place in my individual events, but had a very fun final round of kumite (sparring).
