Such a good husband

I mentioned last week that I had the flu… I’ve still got it! Still have a cough and runny nose anyway. I thought the cough was getting better, but I think I’ll have to get a puffer. Despite it being less painful it’s sure not going away today.

In the mean time, my husband has been very understanding that I haven’t been up to making a proper meal every night, which I appreciate.

Even better (at least in the sense that it’s more effort for my husband) my supervisor is having a dinner at his place tonight and hubby is going to come with me. I didn’t tell my husband that he had to go, but told him it was on and it was up to him if he would come. He doesn’t really like going to things where he doesn’t know people, so I really tried not to push the issue, but he decided to come anyway. I know it’s just to keep me happy, not that I said I’d be unhappy if he didn’t come, but it does make me happy that he’s going to come. 🙂
