Government Websites

27 August 2007 by kristarella

Do you ever find that using a government website just makes you want to kill someone?

I tried to re-register on the Centrelink website today to make a claim. Re-registering does not let you reset questions, so even though the answers shouldn’t change to things like “What was your first stuffed toy?” and “What was your first phone number?”, I guess my memory has changed because I keep getting them wrong.

I called them on the phone, but they don’t have the authority to change those questions, you have send an email via an online form.

Grrr!
