Breakage

3 January 2007 by kristarella

Geez, stuff keeps breaking.

My bag that I bought in October broke after about two months.

My sunnies snapped, okay I’ve had them for five years, they did well, we’ve super glued them a couple of times but they keep breaking so I’d better just get new ones. I noticed they were broken on Christmas Day. If only it had been a week earlier I could have put the order in for Mum and Gran to go halvsies or something.

X broke on my computer last night, I set up my computer to update and it broke the video driver. I’m back on now but I don’t have accelerated graphics – I’ll survive ’til hubby fixes it.

I haven’t been able to load photobucket on my computer for at least a week. It’s such a pain, I want to finish a post that I want to put pictures on. I know other people haven’t been having this problem.

I backed up all the important stuff on my work computer so that the boss can reinstall MacOS. Excel still isn’t working, it corrupts my files. 🙁 I just realised that I might have left before the CD finished burning and it’s probably still in the computer – woops! I’m sure he won’t do it ’til Friday.

I hope things stop breaking soon.

Oh no, I hope things start going better for you. I came by to see if you do Wordless Wed. and check in on you since you’re my renter. I look forward to you getting some accelerated graphics because that means you’ll be playing with your site, right? 🙂

I can play with my site now, except I need the internet at home to speed up again. Don’t know if I’ll be doing anything more with it except writing though 🙂 Did you have something in mind, something missing perhaps?
Don’t do Wordless Wednesday, I figured I have my photoblog that I post on generally a few times a week. Feel free to look there for some of my pics 🙂

Nothing missing at all, I just enjoy the changes you bring to your site. I have been enjoying the “angels” theme for a bit now.

Ah, I agree you probably don’t need a WW day if you have that. I’ll take a peek there! 💡

Had a great Saturday at the GKR Karate State Title Had a great Saturday at the GKR Karate State Titles! I was a sub for @jamesxuereb.me in the Blue Flame Dragons thanks to his sprained ankle; we won first round and came fourth overall!
I did a bunch of judging and officiating, which was really good.
I didn’t place in my individual events, but had a very fun final round of kumite (sparring).
