Ugh, I felt so sick and still do a bit. I drank a big cup of coffee and haven’t eaten anything yet – very bad!
I am Liu Kang! Hubby and I were playing Mortal Kombat on the SNES this morning. Last time we played he whooped my butt, but this time he let me look at the combinations for the fancy moves for the different characters. I tried Liu Kang, Sheeva and Sonya but I was best at Liu Kang. He has flying kick and fireball that are really easy to do (Forward-Forward-High Kick and F-F-High Punch respectively). The other ones have Forward-Down-Punch and Back-Back-Down-Low Kick and so on, I found the timing too difficult. I won many of the matches, I was Champion for 5 matches running. It’s exciting for me because I tend to suck at games. 😀
Hubby pointed out to me that I had a link to the W3C XHTML validator on my homepage but it actually didn’t validate. It was funny because the only thing that didn’t validate was the link to the validator, it had “=charset” and ampersands and stuff which the validator doesn’t like. One actually needs to use http://validator.w3.org/check/referer as the link for the whole page to validate. My homepage does validate! I don’t think this page does because I have links that have equal signs and ampersands, it may also dispute some javascript stuff, maybe I just have it in the wrong case or something.
The the morning is over now, in fact most of that happened after midday since we got up at 11:30am. I’ll stop rambling now.
