1. – That girl will rain destruction down on you and your ship. She is an albatross, Captain.
– Way I remember it, albatross was a ship’s good luck, ’til some idiot killed it… Yes, I’ve read a poem. Try not to faint.

  16. So you’re a fan of Never Been Kissed and The Princess Bride (I am too) and I can’t place the others, even though some sound very familiar.

    The funny thing is that in Never Been Kissed, Josie’s brother picks on her for wearing gauchos, and this year, she would be the height of fashion. How things change!

  25. I loved all the movies you quoted from. What is sad is that so many great lines from the films of the 40s, 50s and 60s show up in the Simpsons Cartoons but young people do not have a clue or a context in which it was first uttered.

    But kids today don’t need any stinkin badgers.
