I finally found the source of the weevils! I thought hmmm, I could go some black sticky rice pudding and it’s one of those things that takes ages because it sits in cold water for hours, then you steam it for about an hour and then you add the sauce and could eat it. It taking s long to make but one not needing to be there for the process it’s good while I’m studying. So I grabbed the packet of black sticky rice out of the cupboard – I actually had two packs so I grabbed the one that was more empty and therefore older. Low and behold it had freaky little wormies in it with their yucky webbing type stuff. Thankfully they weren’t in the second packet so I have the rice soaking and the weevil packet in the bin!
