I’m so tired this afternoon. I nearly fell asleep at work sitting, watching the chemical I was dissolving. I suppose it’s not so surprising that I would fall asleep doing that, since it is akin to watching paint dry, but honestly it doesn’t take that long.
Today is so hot! They say that this is going to be a record hot summer. The heat always makes me tired too and now here is my query: is it the heat that makes one tired or is it because when one is hot one doesn’t feel like eating as much and so don’t get as much energy from food? I mean is it the heat itself that is tiring or some other thing that the heat causes, a secondary or tertiary effect?
I hope to go home soon. I’m guaranteed to fall asleep on the train. I hope I don’t miss my station… still in all the train catching I’ve done I’ve only missed my stop once due to sleeping.
